StarGen AI is a Telegram bot and Mini App that generates images, video and voice from your prompts and from media you send, using third-party AI models.

One credit equals one Telegram Star at face value. Subscription credits reset at renewal.

Purchased credits never expire. They are one balance, not a plan.

Stars in your Telegram balance are governed by Telegram's own terms, not by these.

Star prices track the cost of the underlying models and can change. The price shown before you confirm is the price charged, and a change never applies to a generation already running.

If a generation fails on the provider's side, the credits return to your balance automatically. You never pay for our failure.

Refunds of Stars you paid to Telegram are handled through /paysupport in the bot, case by case.

Plans that include unlimited fast images carry a daily fair-use cap. Free credits are for fast images only.

You keep the rights to what you upload and to what is generated for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Generated content may not be lawful or appropriate everywhere. You decide how to use it.

Only media you sent for a generation and the results generated for you, for as long as they are in your gallery. Prompts are translated to English for the model and are not kept beyond the job record.

StarGen is not storage. We do not use it as storage for anything else, and neither may you.

No illegal content, no impersonation, and nothing a model provider's policy forbids. A rejected generation is refunded.

Packs you create carry the _by_StarGenAI_Bot suffix Telegram requires. The pack is owned by you.

Models come from third parties and may be unavailable or replaced. We may retire a feature; unspent purchased credits stay spendable.

We post the date at the top. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
